Positions Available:Yacht Broker Associate/Sales Agent
This opportunity is a full time position, daily task and responsibilities include managing client relationships, following up with sales leads as well as presenting marketing programs and agreements to potential clients. Managing and tracking very complex transactions from all stages of a very detailed selling and buying process. Compensation:Successful Candidates will receive the most aggressive commissions in the industry along with a bonus program for performance. Qualified Agents receive up to 60%. Qualifications:Knowledge of the Southern California Yacht Brokerage Industry.
Basic to advanced boating skills including product knowledge.
Yacht Sales experience as well as other high ticket products & services.
Experience with basic to advanced business systems and sales processes etc.
Basic computer skills as well as common programs and applications.
Excellent organizational skills.
A passion for the boating industry, closing deals, and building business.
